How do you price jobs?
I like to come out and look at every job in person. It lets me know exactly what I'm getting into — what surfaces, what access, and what help I'll need to get the job done right. After the visit you'll get a flat, honest quote with no surprise add-ons.
What is "pure-water" pole cleaning?
Water that's been deionized so it dries with no spots and no streaks — no chemicals or detergents touch your glass. Combined with a carbon-fiber reach pole, it lets us clean second- and third-story windows from the ground, with no ladders against your siding.
What about weather?
Light rain is fine — pure water doesn't streak. Heavy weather, lightning, or high wind, we reschedule at no charge.
Are you insured?
Yes — we carry liability insurance.
How do I pay?
Check, cash, or electronic transfer on completion. We don't ask for deposits on standard residential jobs.
